The fourth annual Cincinnati Psychotronic Film Festival returns to the historic Esquire Theatre this month, presented and curated by Outer Cinema Cincinnati, with eight of the weirdest and wildest cult films to ever be projected on a Cincinnati screen, September 25th-27th!!
